2017 / France-Southern Rhone / Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre
Raspail Ay is one of the most celebrated, traditional Gigondas estates. The vines average 40 to 50 years and are a mix of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. The grapes are 100% destemmed, vinified in cement tanks and aged in wood. These wines are never fined or filtered and are packed with ripe fruit and age admirably.
