The two brothers Nicolas and Sylvain at Domaine Grosbois spent 10 years as flying winemakers in New Zealand, Australia, Chile and Oregon, before returning to their family Domaine in 2008. Both brothers are committed to bio-dynamic viticultre and not vinifying or ageing in wood. As a result their Chinon shows great freshness and vitality with elegant structure and fine tannins. Sublime.
