The estate produces four different cuvees each from a different parcel of vineyard. There is no destemming, and vinification is traditional in concrete vats and wooden fermenters. Ageing takes place in barriques and foudres. This is a full bodied wine which marries plum and black cherry fruit, with baking spice and provencal herbs. The finish is long and lush.
